Barber defeated Miranda Maverick via split-decision at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw. For UFC Fight Night 205 on 23 April 2022, Barber was a fighter against Montana De La Rosa and was victorious via unanimous decision. Barber then replaced Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2, 2022, and took on Jessica Eye. This was a unanimous win for Barber. This was her final fight in the UFC. In the same year, she re-signed. Barber defeated Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on March 25, 2023, at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
